Sooooo much better than the 'real' stuff.

I tried to use the 'real' apple cider vinegar and hated it. I could smell it all night long and the taste was awful. While browsing the internet, I found these tablets and since my daughter uses the real vinegar, we compared notes and I truly can't see any difference except that this is so much easier to use. So far, I have lost eight pounds without much effort.

I don't work out just had a baby 8 months ago weighed 118 before then 142 after. I am very active but getting the weight off not so easy. For the price I figure I would try these. OMG curved my eating habits wasn't alot as it was,but helps out more. I don't feel tired for eating less and have given me more energy to take care of a very active 8 month old. I have only been taking 1 to 2 a day with one meal and it makes me less hungry next meal time well any meal time now once I started taking them. I have lost 5 lbs already in 3 weeks. It is good by me for not going to the gym and a walk every now and then hope you have just as good luck.

Good complement for weight loss

This product is a good complement for a diet and exercise routine, I start using it and by the end of the second week, I had 6 pound less, without starving and killing me at the gym, only eating healthy. I can imagine if you add more excercise...
