1000mg active CLA per gel!!!

I am a personal trainer and a California Licensed Teacher and I believe in research!!! I researched this.The other brands I shopped on here all require you to take 2 or 3 pills for that. This is a great deal and from my research, an excellent product. Read the reviews on their other products as well.I am buying this on the subscribe and save. Great deal! The best I found on Amazon.I also need to add, that according to most research it takes up to 4 to 6 weeks to see results from taking CLA, so the previous review is believable but not a good reason to not use it.I do not work for MRM or anything like that. I just was shocked to find all the others who advertised 800 to 1200 mg of CLA require you to take 2-3 of the gels to achieve it, while this product does it in one gel. Quite the savings! Love using this CLA, I started using CLA when I just could not keep going. Its like when you wake up in the morning but you feel like you never really woke up. Often I would eat before bed which I know is horrible so I would wake up groggy and bloated. Now that I use the CLA I believe that my cognitive and brain function is much better!

Zero results. High Potency doubtful

I used the entire bottle with NO results. My diet and exercise routine are excellent. My diet includes lots of veggies and fruits, lean meats, low sodium, low simple carbs (sugars), and multi-vitamin/mineral supplements. I do intense weight training 3-4 times weekly, and also run 15-20 miles per week outdoors. I know others who have used other brands of CLA and said they saw results, so I have to wonder if the "high potency" or the 1250mg printed on the label on this product is true, though I have no way of testing it. I called the company and the rep said I should have taken more softgels daily than I was taking according to research (i was taking 3-6 daily per the bottle's instructions). I asked why hasn't the company (MRM) modify its usage instructions to reflect a larger dosage if research suggests an even larger dosage, and the rep said, "I don't know why our research guy put that dosage". Wow this makes you question the whole quality control on the product! So I effectively wasted my money getting no results because the manufacture said I was taking the wrong dosage, which is the dosage they printed on their product? I asked for a product replacement or refund so I can try the product again following the rep's "new" dosage instructions, but the rep said they cannot refund or replace the product, that I should go out and buy more. Absolutely outrageous customer service. My advice, don't waste your time, or money with this product. By the way, after being off the product for well over a month, and doing my pre-breakfast 3-4 mile jogging/running, I've seen great results, body fat down several percentage points, 4-pack abs, down 2 waist sizes to 32". You don't need this product. You just need do some light-moderate cardio/aerobic when your glycogen stores are depleted (usually after waking up or after rigorous and long weight training sessions) to use a higher ratio of fat for fuel to reduce %bodyfat and get the sleek, toned midsection.
