So far so good. I am feeling less in need of carbs, if and when I do eat them as a part of the meal I take the pills before consuming the carb and honestly I feel full found to eat less of the carb food I would normally eat. I've used this product in conjunction with other supplements and have been able to lose 10 lbs in 2 months, a big feat for me. I haven't had the real need for carb foods as I did before and if I do consume it is usually much less than what I was used to eating. Definitely recommend to others.

Early review: IT'S WORKING.

Without being terribly graphic, this product seems to be working.The recommendation I was given is to take 2 before lunch and dinner. You can NOT take this product thinking it's going to take care of your 5x portion of pasta and breadsticks, then chocolate cake for dessert - but if you are watching your carbs anyway, this definitely will help with the slightly higher carb meals you're eating. I've taken Carb Interceptor for years but I feel this product (which DOES contain Phaseolus Vulgaris, aka "Phase 2", the REAL carb inhibitor) works even better. I am a Weight Watcher who tries to lean towards fewer carbs (and the new PointsPlus program encourages this by making higher, lean protein selections smarter choices, as well as most vegetables and fruits being free - I do like a baked potato a couple times a week and this helps with that!) but when I do want a slice of pizza or some light bread with my sandwich, this supplement helps block some of those carbs.And, ahem... you will know it!

I first saw this product on the Dr. Oz show. I have been trying to lose weight for a year now. I have lost 40 lbs but I started to gain about 10 lbs back, then I started using this supplement. I have stopped the weight gain and slowly started losing the weight again. I plan to continue to use the Kidney bean extract to lose the belly fat.
