Works well - need to take full dose though

I have been using this for about 3 weeks and when I take 2 tabs on an empty stomach, 20 to 30 minutes before break, lunch, and dinner, I do get some appetite suppression. I took 2 before thanksgiving dinner and only ate a small amount of food, before I felt full. I take this in combination with their Fat burners and I am getting great results in losing body fat and appetite suppression! SO glad I found this on Amazon! I've been looking for an appetite suppressant that doesn't make me feel "weird", this doesn't bother me at all! I do wish there were more in the bottle. Taking 6 a day, a bottle won't even last 3 weeks :-(

I did a lot of research on this product before I decided to try it out. I was worried if it would interfere with any of my medications. When I was doing my research, I learned a lot about 2 of the 3 main ingredients. Slimaluma - [...] gives you the background on the slimaluma. Then I checked out the 2nd ingredient, glucamannan -[...], and[...] This supplement has really helped with my chronic constipation. I feel so much better! As far as suppressing my appetite, it hasn't really done that for me. However, I haven't taken 2 tablets at a time yet. I have just been taking one 20 minutes before a meal instead of taking 2. I will increase to 2 and see how that does. I was just trying to ease in to it to make sure there weren't any odd side effects, and I have not noticed any side effects whatsoever. I highly recommend the use of this for anyone who has chronic constipation. I will update once I have taken the recommended doses everyday for a few days.
