I decided to take this product mainly to suppress my appetite and to help shed a few pounds. I must say that after taking this extract my cravings are way down, eating is not constantly on my mind as it once was,and when its time to eat a meal I get full very quickly. I have not had any gittery feeling or strange side effects and Ive lost 5lbs so far so I'm happy.. The reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because..WOAH DOES IT MAKE YOU GASSY!!!!Which I guess could be annoying and embarrasing but who cares once its helping to shed the LBS..

Seems to be working for me. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks and have lost 8 pounds. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I have also been taking Saffron. So, I'm not positive which of them is doing what. But, my cravings are down. I'm not focusing on food like I usually do and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything like I often do when I'm on a diet. I don't feel jittery or sluggish. I don't eat perfect but I am eating less without having to think about it. I'm loosing weight!
