this is my third week on it, and to be honest, i feel just bloated in my stomach and bigger. Rather then loose weight, i think im gaining it, i work out EVERYDAY, and nothing. I wouldn't waste your money. I'm just going to do the paleo diet, and work out everyday. the old fashion way, is the way to go. Learned my lesson. But, on the bright side, my product came in on time, and no trouble.

Typically I don't write these reviews but I thought this time around it was important to share my experience. I actually didn't lose any weight on this diet pill. I work out 6 days a week for at least an hour doing intense cardio and strength training. I'd consider myself in good shape, as a former collegiate athlete, however I have about 10 pounds or so that I wanted some assistance in working off. I tend to carry more weight in my midsection and boobs (sorry for oversharing men) so I thought this would be the perfect fit. I've finished two bottles along with the nighttime pill and I actually felt bloated and gained 4 pounds since I started taking them. I've been off the pills for about a week now and am no longer bloated, but haven't weighed myself. I know they told you to be patient and that it takes at least two full bottles but honestly, I didn't notice one ounce of difference in my body or energy level.

I love this product. It keeps me toned. If you a someone who work out it eats right, but have trouble with your mid section, then this product is for you, it will tone you and complement your work out. However if you are fat and lazy this is not going to help you, you have to work out and eat right for results with this product. It is not a diet pill.
