I purchased this supplement to help me lose some stubborn gut fat and extra pounds and I can admit it does rev you up and makes you sweat...BUT, be warned do NOT take this with coffee or any caffeine and I'd go as far as to say not even with any sugars. Drink TONS of water literally have gallons on hand, you must dilute this because it is VERY potent. If you don't you'll need to lay down because you may faint or feel like your heart is going to implode. Regardless your going to still need to workout at least moderately to get the real benefits, is it for you? You make the call, I had to cut my use to one a day instead of the recommended two and give yourself a break from it after a while it really really does things to your body, most good if you use it correctly.

FINALLY there is something comparable to the old school yellow Stackers wih ephedra we all know and remember from before the ban. Had some shakes with he first one so START SMALL. Otherwise, lots of energy (some of it nervous energy) and i lost 4 lbs in 3 days. Appetite control is great. Get some before the price goes up! (And i know i will because this stuff is awesome.)

I've tried quite a few different ephedra pills, and these are by FAR the best. They suppress your appetite within twenty minutes of taking the pill, and give you a decent bit of energy--definitely don't take any less than four or five hours before bed, and that's stretching it. However, they are NOT, I repeat, N O T for someone who isn't an avid ephedra user. There are, like the title says, 150 g of ephedra in each tablet, compared to the average 50-100. The first few times I used these, I got light-headed and dizzy and almost passed out, and that was entirely my fault because I'd taken them on an empty stomach. And that's with my body being accustomed to about 200 g/day. Increase your dosage very carefully--make sure you're properly hydrated and by no means take these without eating shortly before or after.Hellfire increases your heart rate by quite a bit--like any diet pill. Since the potency is higher than average, your heart rate also increases higher than on other diet pills, so be careful if you have heart issues. Also, since your heart is beating more, you're going to sweat more. And I mean a lot more. You're going to feel like you're going through menopause; one moment you're burning up and feel like you're on the equator, and the next you're freezing. So plan accordingly with clothing the first few times you take the pill so you know how much more you sweat, or else you could have some embarrassing damp spots.Like any weight loss supplement, these pills do not make you lose weight. You lose water weight, not fat. Any weight you do lose by these pills alone will just come right back to you when you stop taking them or eat regularly. Proper weight loss is obviously achieved by diet and exercise--this product just makes it easier to do both.
