I guess there is not magic pill. It was worth a shot but I only saw a very tiny difference, it was not enough for me to pay to use it again. Diet and exercise is probably the only real answer.

Have been on the Green Coffee Bean with Svetol for a bit now and i can feel it working already. I have lost 4 pounds so far and can feel some weight coming off my face. No side effects either so far, as I did hear that there might be some constipation associated with the product. I am happy camper. thanks Hank

I HATE IT - I ACTUALLY GAINED 1 LB. TAKING IT FAITHFULLY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE - NEVER NO MORE.
