This Trim Shake is super yummy. It blends really well with everything, I crave it for breakfast, lunch, & dinner, AND best of all it contains a patented Ashwaganda Root that helps control & lower the Cortisol Stress Hormone that's responsible for keeping that belly fat hanging on in our bodies! It's really helped me get that last bit of fat off my body, and it keeps me full in between meals.

I gotta say I've tryed so many other protein powders and hands down DoTerra has the best products out there full of everything I need to be at my best throughout the day and the fact that it has fat blockers really sold me I try to stay as lean as I can and the trim shake has me feeling stronger and leaner then I have in years I use it in my oatmeal in the morning and as a drink at night also I recommend using slim and sassy in your water throughout the day or at the gym
