Love this stuff

Not much difference

Didn't lose weight or prevent weight loss while eating carbs. Made me gassy. Walmart sells pretty much the same supplement under a different name for $25 less. Here you are paying for the advocare name when you get the same results and side effects as Natrol

Don't waste your money

This product did nothing for me. Save your money and just cut down on what your eating. I am learning there are no magic pills out there to save you from a bad diet.
