Just another product to waste your money. I didn't see any results nor did eat less. Here is my tip for eating less. Put the food you would normally eat on your plate. Then take half of that food and give it to someone else or throw it away. Don't try to trust that you know when to stop eating. You have to make a conscious decision and know that in a few days it will get easier. Also eat more fruit and veges and less bread and meat. It has to be a deliberate decision on your part. Slowly make changes.

I started taking this 3 weeks ago and it took a week before I started seeing the effect. First of all they are not lying when they talk about thermogenesis of fat and calories. As soon as you eat, you feel yourself start to feel extremely hot. I am 37 years old so I know I am not suffering from menopause and I am pregnant so that rules that out as well. Anyway, its been three weeks time and I am happy to say that I have now lost 5 lbs. This stuff does work!!!

I think this stuff works

I started taking this to improve metabolism in a 63 year old body because of a Dr Oz recommendation. I saw some minor improvement, and I think this might work better for some others. I've moved on to some other supplements mentioned on the same Dr Oz show.
