I saw this product advertised on Kathy Lee and Hoda (Today Show) and thought that I'd give it a try. I almost fell out of my chair when I saw the price, but I felt that my energy level was always low and it was worth the price. I used this in combination with the green lemonade (digestive issues) and I am an avid fan of both. I used to drink Crystal Light energy every morning to wake up, because I do not drink coffee. I will admit that taking four huge pills was not on my "to do" list, but they really work for me. I started out taking two per day to see if I had more energy - I did! I also noticed that my hair looked a little more silky after about 10 days. I'm a fan!

I was trying the xantrex 3 system but I found that I was speeding so to speak, or should I say I felt jittery. So one day I went to WalMart and thats when I found the "SKINNY GIRL" product. I was very leary of this becasue I never really heard anyone say that they have tried it. After reading the box I said I would give it a try...Along w ("NIVEA CELLULITE CREAMS") also found at walmart.PositivesI have notice a change in the was that I feel. I have more engery.I dont feel bloated or heavy.I even feel more mentally allert.For the first 4 days I didnt really notice a differents but now I am slowly seeing a change in the contour of my body. Cellulite dimples are fading away & my stomach and waist line is slimming down.NEGATIVEsYou MUST drink water! I found that I have to drink at lease three 12oz bottles with one of them being just before bed. This keeps you hydrated and prevents constipation.It do make your stomach feel a little crampy but after a few days it passes.Make sure you eat a heathy diet. I have a small meal for breakfast and encludes fruits. At lunch I try to enclude fresh veggie or fruits and with dinner I do the same. I also try to lower my starch intake ie: breads, potatoes, ...The box says to take 4 anytime during the day. I say depending one your needs. I started with 1 per day w lunch now I do one with breakfast and 1 with lunch.I like it so far...

I actually bought this from Walmart originally. I have been pretty stressed at my job and have put on about 15lbs as a result. I've recently refocused on my health and weight management and since I'm a huge Bethenny fan...I figure I'd give this a try. I have *never* taken a fat loss or weight loss pill in my life. I have no interest in them. I like that this is really a supplement with products I've already heard of before but haven't tried. I was leery about the Omega oils in them because I have taken fish oil in the past and broken out like crazy as a result. This is not the case. There's also flax and grapeseed oil in this product too, I think. Anyways, I started out only taking 1 a day. Four a day right out of the gate seemed extreme. I wanted to ease into it. I'm now taking 2 a day with a meal, usually at lunch or dinner. I have to say I feel wonderful. I feel much less bloated, with a lot more energy. My skin is doing fine, it doesn't hurt my stomach (as I think another reviewer had said). I will keep upping the dosage till I reach the recommended daily intake. I am using this with the Skinnygirl Cleanse and Restore as well. I love this, I'll keep continuing to use it. I haven't jumped on the scale yet but I'm not focusing on the pounds so much as my overall health and treating my body with more respect. But my pants/jeans are fitting better so I have a feeling its helping me drop some excess weight.
