This product actually works! I am not a fan of taking any drugs. a friend recommended this to increase the effectiveness of workouts. i was skeptical, so i agreed to take it for only 10 days. i was amazed. I was down a pant size within 7days! All I did was work out 45 min each day, 25 min on a stair stepper and then lifted some hand weights. I did not have to change my diet or starve myself. There were no side effects or jitters or anything since its just natural stuff. I was finally seeing some results from my workouts.I am not kidding, try it and you will be amazed.

This product is the first all natural product to work for me. It is not over hyped (e.g. lose 30 lbs in 30 days) and truly has no side effects. I started exercising 15 minutes a day and I saw a difference within 10 days! This is how weight loss should be!

I am a big supplement buyer. I like them A LOT and use them daily for various health reasons--Vits, Fish Oils, Probiotics, etc. Important to me is a supplement that is all natural and works naturally and a friend told me about this one. This one works in your system to make 15 mins of exercising turn into 60 mins of fat burning. As I think combining the two makes sense and because my exercising is limited right now as it is the busy holiday season, I thought it would be a good time to try it. I walk and play tennis in the mornings (when I can) and I feel that Nushape has actually helped me to maintain my weight rather than gain pounds, despite all of my extra holiday eating (I keep eating my daughter's peppermint bark every night!) Ha!As for side effects for me, I have not noticed anything. I can be sensitive--I tend to burp Fish Oils, get upset stomachs from some B vits, etc. so I am careful. I started taking NuShape in the morning with my breakfast on a full stomach and as I usually exercise just thereafter. It seems to digest easily this way for me, which is important to me. I am looking forward to seeing how it works when January rolls around and I have the time to walk more regularly and get back to USTA! Maybe I will even lose a few of these extra lbs! I will update later if I remember or someone finds my review helpful and reminds me.Anyways, thankfully, this supplement isn't one of those crazy stimulant ones--I sometimes have a hard time even after a cup of coffee and cannot even take a decongestant, so have to be careful. This one does not have any of that junk in it. So, if you are interested in getting more bang for your exercise buck, so to say, I would recommend that you try this one and see how it works for you as it seems to be working for me!
